		<description>I agree that the larger the crowd gets the more difficult it is to hear and be heard. Obviously there are some great tools available to help you filter the noise, but they&#039;re generally only good for maintaining the relationships you would already do so manually.

I&#039;ve said it before, but it&#039;s ironic that the larger our outreach gets, the smaller reach we actually have. Still, there&#039;s always the chance you&#039;ll see that one small nugget that you&#039;d have missed otherwise - that&#039;s what keeps it interesting. :)</description>
